Home Try-On Service
Our Home Try-On Service lets you experience your selected design before making a final decision. This service is ideal for ensuring the style, fit, and aesthetic are just what you envisioned. Below, you’ll find all the details about how the process works.
What is included in the Home Try-On Service?
Each Try-On package includes:
- A replica of the selected design in size 7 (our standard sample size).
- A return label for easy shipping back to us.
What are the sample rings made of?
The sample rings are made of high-quality silver with gold plating to mimic the appearance of the final design. While the sample provides a realistic representation of the style, it is not made of the same precious materials or gemstones as the final piece.
Can I request design modifications?
The Home Try-On sample reflects the ring design exactly as it is. If you love it, the final ring can be made in your preferred size. If you’d like adjustments—such as changing the width, thickness, or other design details—these are considered semi-customizations and may involve additional costs. Please contact us to discuss any specific requests.
How much does it cost?
The Home Try-On Service costs $120, which includes UPS Ground shipping both ways. Of this, $100 will be credited toward your final purchase if you decide to place an order. If you decide not to move forward, the $100 is refunded when the sample is returned in good condition (excluding shipping costs).
How long can I keep the sample?
You can keep the sample for up to 5 days from the date it is delivered. This gives you plenty of time to try it on, pair it with your other jewelry, and make your decision.
Returning the Sample
How do I send it back?
Simply repackage the sample in its original box, attach the included prepaid return shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Once we receive the sample back and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund right away or apply it to your order.
