GENERAL POLICIES

  • Made-to-Order Fine Jewelry: These special pieces are crafted just for you and are final sale.
  • In-Stock Pieces: We will accept exchanges and returns for store credit on full-price items within 7 days of receipt. Items should be in new, unworn condition. 
  • Custom and Engraved Items: As these are uniquely created for you, they are final sale.

To Initiate a Return:

  • Email: info@caseyperezjewelry.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A Return Authorization number (RA#) will be provided to  you. Please include this number in the address field of your return package.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. 
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return upon receipt and issue your credit.

Special requests:

Don’t see your size? Need a longer or shorter necklace length? Want a specific stone or metal? Please reach out. We are usually able to accommodate most requests. Please keep in mind certain requests such as adding a significant amount of chain length or requesting a more expensive metal/stone may increase the final cost of the item.
